Privacy Policy

Who we are
Can AI Help provides AI-powered customer support agents ("AI workers") to businesses. This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit our website or use our service. For any privacy question, contact us at hello@canaihelp.ai.
Data we collect
When you contact us or book a call, we collect the details you provide (such as name, email, company and message). When you use our website, we collect basic analytics (pages visited, device and approximate location) to improve the product. When you run an AI worker, we process the conversations needed to deliver support on your behalf, as your data processor.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, deliver and improve our service, keep it secure, and comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Google user data (Google Calendar)
If you connect a Google account in Settings › Integrations, Can AI Help requests the scopes google.com/auth/calendar.readonly and google.com/auth/calendar.events. We use calendar.readonly to read the busy/free periods and events of the calendar of the user who granted consent, so the assistant can offer available times and avoid double booking; we use calendar.events to create, update or cancel appointments booked through the assistant, on behalf of that same user. We access only the calendars of the account that granted consent — never those of other users of your company. OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted at rest and are never exposed to the AI model or to your end customers. You can disconnect at any time in Settings › Integrations or at myaccount.google.com/permissions; on disconnection we delete the stored tokens.
Limited Use of Google user data
Can AI Help’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The use of raw or derived user data received from Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use, transfer or sell Google user data — raw, aggregated, anonymised or derived — to create, train, fine-tune or improve foundational or generalised artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
AI/ML processing of Google user data
The assistant is powered by Google Gemini models accessed through Google Cloud Vertex AI, running inside our own Google Cloud project. Calendar information needed to answer a request (for example, free time slots or the details of an appointment being created) is processed by that model as part of serving the request. Under the Google Cloud Platform Terms of Service, Vertex AI does not use customer data to train Google’s models. Speech-to-text transcription of voice messages uses Google Cloud Speech-to-Text within the same project. We do not send Google user data to any third-party AI provider, model aggregator, gateway or model hub, and we do not use it to train models of our own.
Who we share data with
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with the following categories of recipients: (1) Google LLC / Google Cloud Platform, our sole infrastructure and AI provider (compute, database, storage, Vertex AI and Speech-to-Text), hosted in our own project; (2) WhatsApp / Meta Platforms, exclusively as the messaging channel through which your assistant talks to your customers — appointment details that the assistant sends in a conversation (such as the confirmed date and time) travel through that channel; (3) services that you explicitly connect to your workspace (for example Google Calendar, Calendly, Conta Azul or Slack), which receive only the data required by that integration; and (4) authorities or professional advisers where required by law. Each recipient receives only what is necessary for that purpose. Google user data is never shared with third-party AI providers, advertisers, data brokers or any other party beyond the above.
Legal basis (GDPR)
We process personal data under legitimate interest (running and improving our service), consent (where required, e.g. marketing), and contractual necessity (delivering the service you requested).
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to certain processing. To exercise any right, email hello@canaihelp.ai. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Data retention & security
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise it. Google OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and deleted when you disconnect the integration; we do not keep a copy of your calendar — it is read on demand — although appointment details exchanged in a conversation remain in that conversation history, which you can delete. Data is isolated per company, and access is restricted to the people of that company. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect it.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
